I actually think this is a valid way to circumvent local bylaw roadside sign and billboard bans.
Just park the van out by the street when not in use as a way to raise awareness of your business.

In sub-tropical Australia where I was working 99-03 mobile dog wash vans were common sights.
Hi-Ace van models that let you easily stand up in it, and interior tub set to a height easy to bathe a dog.
Dogs would get pretty ripe in sub tropical heat, and if not bathed regularly, some breeds could develop skin conditions.
So it was a booming business.
They would pull up to the curb at the house.
Run a long hose in to the outside water tap on the house.
(Tap water was never cold there.)
Then run a long power cord to a power socket on the house.
Rinse water would drain to the curb
(and often evaporate before it made it more than ten houses down the low direction).
Never heard of them operating as mobile rub and tugs.
But I suppose that would be an added service fee to just the services rendered for the real pooch cleansing.

A mobile rug and tug. Great business idea for any of those massage parlours on this board. Just sayin. Lol

Yeah, with an aging population, this could be the trick. Maybe they can add prostate massage for the old rusty prostates.
I think it’s just advertising. I saw Steeles Royal advertise on the back of a public transit bus in Mississauga years ago. Their spa must be busy with all the advertising they do.

Is their van wheel chair accessible with handwashing facilities ?
I don’t think public health would approve, ……great advertising though and appetizing and teasing for guys driving around even if they go elsewhere to other sexworkers as it keeps the pot stirred !
Since Bill C36 is not enforceable, prostitution is in effect legal in Ontario, especially the GTA thanks to the Harper government that gave sex workers immunity from prosecution and a virtually insurmountable burden of proof for LE.
