I believe this to be generally true. Some spa ladies are better at sensual services than SPs because they are more accustomed to delivering a HE in a different way than merely opening their legs. Not a hard and fast rule, but I've noticed this before.

It’s a similar but different experience. I’m more into the GFE experience so I do prefer the incall/agency set up.
Going to a spa seems a bit seedier, but there’s also an appeal to it as well. I really like that you get to see the lady ahead of time.
In terms of BJ/Hj technique, in my experience, I woudn’t say there’s a huge difference. Overall, maybe the spa ladies are more consistent. I have had some SP’s that gave me much too light BJ’s. But then again, the best BJ I ever got was from an Indy, Dixie Blue.

Different experiences really. It's like saying, have you stopped masturbating after discovering sex? For spas they're have a longer lasting sense of euphoria and relaxation and persist long after the session. Obviously, it's lower intensity in exchange for the long duration. I'm guessing it's due to constant Oxycontin release due to perpetual touch without the physicality of sex.
That's a good point; the massage element almost serves as foreplay, and it's a really pleasurable part of the experience.
I think there's something to be said for the spa experience; the venue is both clean and intimate, and if your favorite SP keeps regular office hours, you know where to find her. I bet they're also popular for people who aren't as familiar with online adult advertising services, either because they're not all that tech savvy, or because they really don't want to fuck with crypto currency.
I have returned to spas, I find them easier, no appointments just walk in, choose and enjoy!

I am more of a SP kinda guy. However my first HE was in a local spa in a pretty standard plaza. I went in for a massage and lady started with her tease. I am sure she knew I was clueless as I was in my underwear which is standard practice from my registered massage therapist sessions. On the flip, I figured out what kind of spa it was and went with it.
Personally, I am not a fan as I hate not knowing what's services will be offered and pricing. I feel all this can be negotiated. And when the lady has my dick in hand, she is holding all the cards.

I go to spas because I don't need to go up to a condo or hotel. Spas I can just go in, get off and be done with it.
Full disclosure: I work out of a spa, and I really like the familiar location and regular office hours. It's also comforting to have coworkers and cameras around, because Lord knows we've all heard horror stories about SP safety. I like the idea that it's a place to visit, you indulge in a 45-minute delicious carnal treat, then you go back to your life and go about your day.
