I am so glad I was able to be a full participant in online dating when Lavalife was at its absolute peak from about 2000 to 2010.

No bots, no catfishing, not fakers, no people just looking for validation -- it was straight-up "let's meet, grab a drink and then have sex."

Tinder and Hinge cannot today cannot hold a candle to Lavalife in the 2000s.

Lavalife on the phone. Free trial runs out, just use a payphone. Same with Quest and other ones that I cannot remember.
