Lots of Cuban and other foreign strippers and at risk of deportation in US.

I enjoy strip clubs in Phoenix (and when in Mississauga); A number of strip clubs have lots of Cubans, as do some other cities in the US. Some of the best VIP intimacy and sensuality have been with a Cuban, and a few nights ago, an Afghan dancer.

All are now at risk of deportation, along with all immigrants, even doctors, etc., some of whom have been in the US under a temporary protective status for 20 years. Now Trump has reversed them.

About 500k Cubans who came to the US with protected status are now at risk of Trump trying to make America all white and get rid of those dangerous immigrants.

In March 2023, several thousand Cubans fleeing political and economic turmoil arrived in the Phoenix area, which was the largest influx of Cubans to Arizona ever. Cuban immigrants in Arizona may be eligible for assistance and services under the Arizona Refugee Resettlement Program. Cubans who enter the U.S. with humanitarian parole may be eligible to apply for a green card after living in the U.S. for one year and one day. After five years, they may be eligible to apply for citizenship.

Trump calls them criminal "illegals" - but they are LEGAL under the 1980 Public Law 96-12 as part of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965. to create a permanent policy for admitting refugees to the United States.

Trump canceled their status and is moving forward to deport as many as ICE can find, and round up and ship out. This may also be a concern for the great Afghan dancer I just met.

Did Trump really change it? I thought this would take several years to become effect or law before he can do anything.

No, most strippers don't have websites or pictures - I don't think Canadian dancers do either, at least I have never seen. There is one recent exception: the new owners of Sugar 44 started: https://www.sugar44.com/instagram. They used to be the favorite club, and I would go every few months with a group of 3-5 guys. I knew the prior owner (grew up in Duluth, MN - I grew up in the Mpls area). I was the one to remind him each year to update his website coupon. They have a website, but just stock pictures, not of any actual dancers that work there. Lots of turnover, I hear from others now, and gals basically set their own dance prices vs fixed like the rest of the Phoenix clubs' previous owner.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is currently deporting thousands of individuals weekly. While exact daily numbers fluctuate, deportation operations are averaging over 30,000 removals per month. In total, ICE has deported hundreds of thousands of individuals since the start of the current administration's mass deportation campaign. One estimate is 600k, but ICE deportations will continue to track immigrants down for the rest of the Trump term... or continue if a Republican is elected President.

I suspect some might escape to Canada, since it is far better than their home country, from which they are requesting asylum in the US. Have no idea what Canadian immigration will view them as refugees, first from their home country and now the US.

This is way below what Trump brags about. ICE murdered a gal in Minneapolis who wasn't even an immigrant and many media reports of abuse, and terrible conditions in huge warehouses going up all over the US to use like prisons until they can be deported. Huge funding since immigrants "eat cats and dogs," as Trump said about one city, and implies they are all violent, disgusting criminals. Totally untrue, of course, it is estimated that only maybe 10% have any criminal record. Trump is saving American from these criminals.

Many times, ICE will wait for immigrants who were granted status until Trump reversed, and when they show up for a scheduled hearing with immigration judges, they are snatched as they leave. Many judges are very upset and will not allow ICE in their courtroom buildings.

Trump has made over $2 billion by all his scams and grift in 2025, per the over 900-page required ethics disclosure he filed.
