$5 ++ for this garbage

Coco dip, stale, I mean like two days old stale with hardly any chocolate on it, threw half in the garbage

Fritters, dough Check, icing check, cinnamon check, wait where are the fucking apples, yep . not one piece, not one taste ascross two of them

Fuck you Tim Hortons, gone for life, encourage others to boycott this rip off chain, once good, once Canadian owned now GARBAGE!!!!!Q

On the slopes of Mount Parnassus, Greece
I used to go there about 20 years ago in the wee morning hours with female accompaniment.

Would have their Chili. It was very good. The girl behind the counter would grate some cheese on there for me for no extra cost.

Tim Horton's uses factory frozen doughnuts these days. They are ripe for a new brand to move in on them. The way to take Tim's market is to do in house baking or at least set up a super store where they sell and bake at the same place and distribute freshly made doughnuts to sell only locations.

These days? They've been selling the factory baked, frozen donuts since 2002.

Pre pandemic I ate 2-3 time a week at fast food places for lunch, has at least 1 sometime 2 fast food coffees a day. Since the pandemic my fast food lunches are probably less than 25, and less than 25 fast food coffees. ( since 2020 ) I suspect there are many people like me that cut back or cut out fast food. In the few times I have been to these places in the last 5 years there was little waiting, only 1 or 2 clients waiting ahead or none at all during the peak times. It is hard for Tim's and McD's now, for a new start up to enter the market at this time is unlikely. We have to return to the pre 2020 economy before we see big changes.

There is literally nothing good going on with this chain.
There is nothing Tim's, McD's, Harvey's or A&W can do to substantially increase business. I am getting e-mail ads for the $3 menu at Harvey's ( $3 hot dog, small burger, fries ) and McD's is offering Value meals. I got a coupon book in the mail box for A&W burger meals, $14 Uncle burger combos, $12 Teen burger combo and the $13 Nashville chicken burger combo will not bring in many clients.

Maybe if they offered McBJs or McFS, a intro combo coupon would fill up the McD's.

I used to go to Tim's once a week on average for the farmer's wrap and a dark roast. No more. They are as disgrace.

Its been a long slow decline. And some locations they've discontinued whole wheat bun for your sandwich and I think Ham and Cheese as well.
The seemingly smart corporate marketing types are out of touch with the client base. And the American corporate squeeze for more profit by removing items a percentage of the clients like but doesn't hit an arbitrary sales number we could be witnessing the decline of a once loved brand.
And I agree the quality is not there anymore. I still stop for the steeped tea when in the mood or an ice cap.
But McDs has won my coffee and muffin convenience stops. I actually like the coffee better here than Tims.
Small independents whenever I can find them if they're open are serving up the best coffee, bagels and muffins and breakfast sandwiches

My wife still loves their tea for some reason. I don't really eat their stuff anymore but when I go get her a tea in the morning, I usually grab a couple hashbrowns. Even they can't seem to fuck those up. I have one literally 5 driveways from my house, I have to drive by it to leave my street. Good thing I didn't live here back when I loved their stuff lol.

Fuck Tim Hortons. And fuck incoming Dunkin' Donuts, too

Know what we should have in Canada?

Greggs.

If you've been to the UK, you'll know what I am talking about.
I don't know Gregg's but I would say it's a prime time to take a chance. And if they make some sponsorship in roads to minor sports here in Canada they can't go wrong if the quality and bang for the buck is there.

I had to stop going to Tim’s last year after a series of consecutive order Fuck ups, I said I’m not giving them my $ .
The last time there was at least 5 customers complaining about mistakes . One lady gets up from just sitting down and says “ I ordered a tea and this is a coffee “ the order sticker on the cup said tea and they still screwed it up.
Another time the guy behind the counter smelled so bad like gross sweaty armpit curry ,I turned around and walked out.
