Whats your favourite al pacino movie ?

I personally think Pacino is overrated. But he's been in some very good movies. My personal favorite is probably Heat.
Got to be the first two Godfather films and Scarface for sure

1. Heat (on screen chemistry with De Niro is insane)
2. Devil's Advocate (young Charlize Theron is uber hot)
3. Donnie Brasco (by the end you cannot help but feel sorry for poor manipulated Lefty, whose character is portrayed far removed from your typical macho mafioso)

His acting went somewhat down hill from Scent of a Woman- "Hoo-ah", too over trhe top acting.

Personally I don't think Scarface can be beat. Decades later it's still a cult classic and the house from the movie just sold for 250 mill, not because it's an amazing property, but from the notoriety it gained from the movie.
I can see why. He absolutely killed the role. Either way it was a great story but I think it would be less of a movie with someone else playing Tony Montana.
It was a great story. It had everything one could want in a blockbuster film.They just don't make this caliber of movie any more. There is really nothing one could critique about the film. While no movie is perfect Scarface come pretty damn close.
Scarface is a good movie but not my favorite Pacino film. Any Pacino role would be lessened if played by another actor.
Al Pacino has had one heck of a life. Marisa Tomai left his stage troupe to go make The Wrestler with Mickey Rourke. He replaced with Jessica Chastain.

I know this is going to be an unpopular opinion because he has done some amazing movies, but my personal favorite has to be Carlito's Way.
Was a decent movie but I found it lackluster. Although I did like the Bennie Blanco from The Bronx character.
