Now back to your regularly scheduled program...
Except for the last guy, the rest are all mixed people with European and African ancestry. But what does their ancestors have to do with their crimes as there is something called individual responsibility which the courts are suppose follow.
If statistics are kept by race, religion etc., then what is the data used for immigration purposes, or maybe bringing back eugenics? And what about the inconvenience truth of the mixed race criminal which will become more prevalent in the future ?

They don't consider the half white guys as white at all. It's about to purity to them.

All those cases that I posted were articles from the same day within the same geographical distance, all from CP24. He had to go digging specifically for "black" cases and had to go back months and to other provinces. I wonder how long it took him.

This is another one from the day before

Since you insist in making everything about race. Here's some more usual suspects

There are pedophiles in every creed and race and mixtures so that the usual suspects and the unusual suspects are one.
However if the faces of the Epstein client list were posted, the conformational biased crowd would find it beyond their scope.

This thread looks in risk of MOD closure perhaps……

Righties live to point at POC's criminals but don't like it when you mentoin that white guys are more likely to be pedophiles than any other group.

This is fucking disgusting. Why the poster has their faces partially blurred/covered is beyond me. Let the world see them for who they are. Freaking child predators.
Maybe because they are only accused, not convicted? Lives of so many innocent people have been ruined by social media without the proper justice process... Or do you believe police never make mistakes? First court ruling, then public disclosure, not the other way around.

Basically in any country in the world, if you are seeing an ad, and/or if you are conversing with a lady, and she says she is under 18, you are talking to law enforcement.
Not true. The definition of a "child" varies from country to country. In some countries age of consent is 16, so, sex with a 16-year-old is considered to be as normal and legal as with 21 year old. It is wrong to assume that what is correct in your country is a universal truth. How about 21 drinking age in USA? Or the death penalty for marijuana use in some countries? That been said, people must follow the laws of the country they are in (plus the laws of the country they are from if that country requires its citizens to follow such laws abroad)

What the cops are doing here is not entrapment.

"Entrapment is a legal remedy to criminal charges in Canada based on the conduct of the police before or during their interaction with the accused. Entrapment occurs when a police officer or police agent provokes, entices, or coerces an individual into committing a crime they would otherwise have been unlikely to commit. When police tempt someone into committing a criminal offence without a reasonable suspicion that the person is involved in criminal activity, or when they go a step further and induce someone into committing a criminal offence, they commit entrapment."

Police putting an expensive unlocked bike at a location where bike thefts are known to be a problem and then arresting someone who decided to steal the bike, is not entrapment.

However, a cop approaching some random person who may look like they are destitute or otherwise vulnerable and asking them to go steal that bike while you'll keep a lookout for cops and pay them $50 to steal the bike for you... that's entrapment.

1. Posting an ad in the leolist escorts section which advertises a criminal activity (prostitution) is a passive action and only attracts a person who is already actively seeking out the possibility of engaging in an illegal act. Prostitution is still a criminal activity under Canadian law.

2. When a person takes the affirmative action to make contact with the entity advertising the illegal activity, it is at their discretion. Nobody is forcing them to pursue the matter. Simply posting an appealing ad is insufficient to to constitute entrapment.

3. When the response discloses the underage status to the person making the inquiry, without encouraging them to overlook or otherwise induce them to take the next steps to meet, that is not entrapment. It is a de-facto warning to the caller that if they continue to communicate to arrange to meet this minor for purposes of prostitution, that they are dealing with a minor.

If the advertiser then said something encouraging along the lines of, 'C'mon, don't be a wuss, look, I've got ID that says I'm 21, I look older and nobody will know and Ill swear up and down that I wil tell the cops that I told. you that I was 21 if you get caught", when in fact the caller has already been told the advertiser is a minor, that is an inducement to commit an act that they may not have otherwise committed. That is entrapment.

I'm happy that the police conduct these operations. It makes those with those tendencies, somewhat more reluctant to act on their impulse and think twice of the risk and not follow through. Hopefully it discourages, or even culls those in society who would otherwise become a client and therefore create a market for further, actual, prostitution of minors.

Having said all that, wtf is with this "pedophilia" term being misused. Pedophilia refers specifically to pre-pubescent children.

There is another word for those sexually attracted to post-pubescent, young women, but loosely under the age of legal consent. Being attracted to a young woman who is physically developed into a woman with breasts, hips, pubes etc is not pedophilia. I do think it is exploitive to engage in sexual acts with young women who may appear to be physically sexually mature but at whose age has not developed the mental maturity to make considered decisions on consenting to sexual activity. Especially if there is a significant age or power disparity. So 2 fourteen year olds fooling around and having sex is much different than a 14 yo having sexual relations with a 40 year old. The Criminal Code recognizes this and there is a 'close-in-age' exemption of some sort to account for teenage romances etc while protecting naiive teens from being manipulated by more mature, developed minds for their own sexual gratification.

I'm all for these stings. I wish the police dedicated more resources to this sector of enforcement. In fact, they'd be wise to enlist the consultantcy of a civillian hobbyist or former pimp to recognize the signs of gang or OC controlled operations, exploited women in general etc.
This is the most well-thought-out post on this topic. Respect!!!

Once I think about it, it would be almost impossible to prove that these people intended to commit a crime unless they actually take their pants off in front of the underage girl or inappropriately touch her or do something in the room with her that is of a sexual nature while believing they are alone with the girl. One possible line of defense is that "I try to rescue the underage girl, and this is why I made an appointment and all that text was just to make sure the bookers will believe me that I am a genuine client and I will be able to get to the girl I want to save," and there will be no way to disprove such a claim beyond the reasonable doubts.

I see your line of reasoning but it is flawed and the Supreme Court of Canada has ruled that this type of sting is not entrapment, a decision which is easily found online. It is a crime in Canada for someone to communicate with a person that they believe to be underage for sex even if the person is an undercover police officer.

Under Section 172.1 of the Criminal Code of Canada, the offence is complete the moment a person communicates with someone they believe to be a minor for the purpose of facilitating a sexual or exploitative offence, even if the "child" is actually an undercover officer and no physical meeting occurs.

I wonder how the Canadian government and the Supreme Court of Canada would handle the Epstein files as there are Canadians involved and Canadian citizens who commit sexual assault on minors out of Canada are still subject to Canadian law .
The court of public opinion in the US and Europe is forcing many people listed on the Epstein files that did not escape Trump’s redactions, to resign from their job positions and or loss endorsements, contracts or affiliations.
The shit will soon hit the fan in Canada .

1.100 men are just the suspects, What is the real numbers. Just like years ago you would never suspect there was that many female teachers that would have sex with teens and pre teens. How many have not been caught.

I continue to disagree.

Perhaps I should have emphasized online.

I follow the international commercial sex scene pretty closely, and there is not a country in the world I am aware of that does not make the advertising of commercial sex a crime when the advertisement involves a minor.

There has been tremendous pressure applied to third world countries in this regard, which is a good thing. Very few electronic transmissions originate from and end in a third world country, so this pressure has worked.

You make the good point that many countries have a lower age of consent than Canada or the individual U.S. states, but for the U.S., anyway, the one aspect of its federal prostitution laws that travel with a U.S. citizen is the prohibition of purchasing sex with a minor. If a U.S. person purchases sex from a minor outside of the U.S., he is prosecuted under U.S. laws.

Canada has the same legal principle by the way.

So I think anytime, anyplace where a person sees an ad implying the lady is a minor, it is a police ad. It would never have been allowed to run otherwise. Most electronic ads go through the U.S. or somewhere in Europe, and all European countries to the best of my knowledge have laws against the purchase of sex from a minor and the advertising of it.

Completely agree. My point was that " anytime, anyplace where a person sees an ad implying the lady is a minor, it is a police ad" in not the same as " anytime, anyplace where a person sees an ad implying the lady is under 18 y.o., it is a police ad." - this is why I emphasized the difference in the definition of a minor across countries

Going to again state that any members who respond with hand-wringing, "Yes but ..." replies should receive an automatic no questions asked permaban.

What part of they were busted for soliciting minors do you pedo-defenders have so much trouble understanding? I also think that the police should serve them with a warrant for their harddrive and other devices.
