years ago in the days of FAX machines....dating myself here.
I received a fax from a Dr.'s office with some very confidential medical test results for a cancer patient. I called the office and wanted to let them know about it so they could correct the wrong number and make sure the other office received it, trying to do a nice thing. (I'm not a Dr. btw)
The lady who answered happened to be the same person that had sent it to the wrong fax number.
Instead of thanking me, she was angry and told me to fax it back at once because it was confidential.......I had to explain how a fax worked, but she just kept getting angrier.. I hung up and shredded it...yah we had shredders back then too
