Yet you can't show how many of these firearms came from "legal" sources, even with a registry. Repeating it over and over again doesn't make it any less false.
Arguing that more guns make people safer over and over again doesn't make it true.

Why don't you prove your claim and find a place with high legal gun ownership and low gun crimes.
If its true it must be proveable.

At the end of the day there arent going to be mental health tests for potential gun buyers in the US, no matter how badly you want there to be
Sorry, haven't been paying attention to the discussion.
Is this just about requiring tests before buying a gun or about the whole concept of it being illegal to sell guns to people who have been adjudicated as a mental defective or has been committed to any mental institution?

Been through this already.
Most are either stolen, straw purchases or sold to parties after 1st purchase only to be used in crime.
Proves my point...I'll gotten guns are what criminals use.

He got all those guns mostly legally from the US.
If it weren't for the US and its massive gun problem, Canada would be much safer.
More guns = more death
And I'm sure all the export and import paperwork were all impeccable, seems totally legit to me. I bet he even went to Indiana and bought them from a gun store, no questions asked. [/sarcasm]
