It's not a matter of ability or "too much effort" to walk a mile. It's a matter of not wanting to walk in an unfamiliar city/environment, especially after dark. :) I routinely jog a lot further than a mile... :wink:

Thank you guys for the suggestions. I see some of the well known spas are in North York area and not that close to subway stations and the walks surely look pretty long on google map street views. What are some of the better spas around downtown core? Thanks again
