But the strange thing is when i use home wifi it works but when i turn off wifi and use my data, it doen't go on terb site

the massage is "safari cannot open the page because it could not connect to the server" but i can surf all other sites, this has happened from yesterday morning before that was fine

from last two days i am not able to go on terb website on my i phone 5 i can access all other site even porn. any idea
