I feel kind of bad for the male cops who had to sit there for the allocated time with the female cop who was hot enough to be hired by the agency and not get any services after spending police money.

When you see independents and ladies from agencies with higher pricing that act as a consortium of independents, there are better working conditions. With the German FKKs, a person sees that the lady he had sex with 15 minutes before is circling and finding another guy, so they can understand the reality. At least with lower-priced North American agencies, the ladies don’t live in an adjacent building like in Germany.
There are rarely any good answers in this business, and like the young Amazon pickers who walk and run 10 miles a day while working, some say thank god I am not in that damn McDonalds kitchen. Some ladies are able to get wet enough and/or use enough lube to handle a hell of a workload in a day. A lot of ladies worked with XO for a long time, so one has to remember that the stories of two or three ladies isn’t the entire story.

No great answers. Nothing is more difficult for providers than finding one, and most customers are locals who don’t want to get a hotel room.
This might irritate people, but it really isn’t that different in beef production. Everyone likes the idea of grass-fed cows, but they want the prices associated with feed-slots. So most burgers are from “feed-slot” cows who live terrible lives. Economics is never pretty, and people like to live in denial then act shocked when there is a reality-based article, at least from the perspective of two or three dissatisfied people.
But in general, paying more is never really a bad thing in terms of worker satisfaction.

Yes there is a simple answer. The girls, as a rule, should be "medium volume". At best. In other words 3 clients, over an 8 hour shift say. That covers multi hour clients as well. At an average of 200 for the SP per client. 600 bucks. Thats good enough based on 3 week 3 shifts a week to cover things for most people.

XO was pretty fucking sloppy to put a new, unverified customer (who was a police plant) as the first customer for the new escort who was a police plant. But Canadians got complacent after the police non enforcement bulletin. I guess the part of that non enforcement about underaged and coercion has some teeth. Obviously if they pressured ladies to keep working by threatening to out them, that is terrible. But it sounds fishy that only one lady out of hundreds who worked there is saying that.
Cops do have a sense of humor. Bet the male police plant whispered to the female police plant a few days later: “I did a 10 out of 10 review.”
XO used to be a great agency. But somehow, after COVID, it turned sour. Not sure what happened. Most girls flocked to Forever.

It seems it was a good agency for both the girls and the clients. The girl/agency split is 70-30 (very generous), the girl made $200 per hour without any expenses paid by the independent, and clients pay only $280. Hell, it was the golden standard of what agencies should be. Maybe because they made only $80 per client, they did not have enough money to bribe the right people, and this is why they got in trouble?
Like Jalimon, I saw a lady through them before Covid and even before c-36. The lady also worked as an independent under a different name and had an online web presence under even another name. She affiliated with XO on afternoons of certain slow days in her independent persona. She was way too self-confident to be exploited, in my opinion. They probably had completely different bookers by the time all of this happened, but keep in mind that some of these stories are coming from two fairly traumatized ladies. One lady was all dolled up for a session and she opens the door and it is … her dad. She was probably pretty damn pissed at the world when her dad wanted her to go to the police with him. And the drug-addicted lady was possibly under the influence of “rehabbers” after she was taken in off the streets. A lot of those people hate sex work because they think the money the ladies get is the fuel for drugs.
We will never get the genuine thoughts of all the ladies affiliated with the agency to balance all opinions.
Escorts XO might have been the top agency pre-COVID. They had some superstars.
Looking at the young ages of some of these guys, I'm thinking the agency changed hands several years ago.

But some write that it`s still him who was convicted.

Also, 12 clients a day with 15 min in between is already crazy, not being able to say no to an appointment without paying a fee is not nice at all. Agencies have way too much leniency from the Law. This is glorifed pimpery in this case. Glad they shut it down and hopefully other agencies will stop overworking their girl and stop taking such a huge percentage for the very little they do. If you have a roster of 10+ girls all those fee are quickly paid.
