Now I am sort of waiting for the other shoe to drop.
And maybe/probably a bunch of Peel or Durham or York cops get hauled over the coals.
For similar dirty tricks that got played in Toronto.

One police region cannot be the only place these sort of dirty games were being played.
I nailed that right.
Just read three Peel Region cops are now implicated in this one, to add to two more Toronto officers.

Timothy Barnhardt is denied bail:

Which means he'll be in jail until his trial date starts.
I dont think he'll be too popular in the clink :D

The good part is he will be hanging with pedos and rapists. And he will be in the same facility where he helped hitmen try and kill a Correctional officer. I'm sure they will have the jail version of squeeler to spit in his food. :ROFLMAO:

There is an appeal process for a "bail denial" from a lower court with the Superior Court of Justice in Ontario
Odds are against him it'll be successfull

Appeals for "bail denial" in Ontario, technically known as bail reviews heard in the Superior Court of Justice, are considered very difficult, and successful, reversals are generally infrequent. While precise, up-to-the-minute percentages for 2025 are not explicitly quoted in the search results, the legal consensus and general appellate statistics suggest the success rate is low, often falling within the context of a "1 in 3" or lower chance for various criminal appeals in Ontario

Any relation to another former cop with the same surname who himself was also accused of corruption
No, his name was McCormack with an A.

William McCormack was chief of Toronto police in 1990's.
He had two sons William Jr. and Michael McCormack.

Both his sons were investigated at one point for corruption, but I don't think anything came of it

The force is far more corrupt than this. All sorts of outlandish intimidation tactics and if they could these pigs would be the judge and jury.

Though things have improved due to body cams and the age of everyone being able to film stuff with a cell phone this is merely a small sample size of the corruption these pigs are involved in.
