Yes I do. EO's are not laws and they cannot violate due process.
Maybe you need to read check what's really going on instead of listening to CNN, MSNBC or every lefty tweets...
Trump signed an executive order to track down illegal immigrants and deport them...

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) officers enforce immigration laws within the interior to preserve national security and public safety.

ERO manages all aspects of the immigration enforcement process, including the identification, arrest, detention and removal of aliens who are subject to removal or are unlawfully present in the United States.

Like all law enforcement agencies, ERO officers prioritize their enforcement actions based on agency and department priorities, funding and capacity. ERO operations are flexible enough to allow its officers to respond to events such as spikes in border crossings, modifications to U.S. laws, pandemics, and natural disasters at home and abroad.

The following dashboards present for the first time information and trends in arrests, detentions, removals and alternatives to detention as of December 31, 2024.

The dashboards will be updated quarterly.

Yes and he cannot deport illegal immigrants without due process.
Due process means presenting them in immigration court and allowing the undocumented immigrant to argue their case, plead their case to stay etc.,
Executive orders even if they have the "force of law", do not and cannot supersede the constitution or laws of the nation.
What is happening is that ICE is racially profiling people, that includes some citizens, and are deporting them without presenting them in immigration court for a removal order.
That is a violation of due process and is unconstitutional.
Mind you, there are a class of undocumented immigrants that can be deported without due process - Encountered within 14 days of entry and within 100 miles of the border without 2 years of continuous U.S. presence.
But the majority of undocumented immigrants have lived on an average greater than 10 years.
Further, Trump has invoked the Alien Enemies Act, which has only been used 3 times (1812, WW1 and WW2) and is intended to deport spies during times of war.
This allows him to deport without due process, which is as I said, not just unconstitutional, but also an abuse of power.
Saying the undocumented immigrant violated the law, and therefore it is okay for the government to violate the law, is not an argument.

living as an undocumented immigrant for 10 years isn't an excuse. most ICE deportation go through the process...you just don't like that Trump ran on it and it's getting fulfilled. It's not an abuse of power it's not a violation of the law either....are you against Trudeau freezing bank accounts?

I have been following immigration stuff since Trudeau and all I have to say is it is all a political game.

Actual canadians are not much in number and new birth rates are again not rising enough as per the ratio of population. So the immigrants are being called in to fill in that population growth rate. Now when a certain community is more in number they will be the one voting as a majority.
from what I have heard from peers, certain community group backs the govt. in funding to help with their community people to immigrate.
It’s a game, if you understand you understand

The conservatives CAN get immigrant groups to vote for them, as I don't believe every immigrant is a liberal, but the CPC needs to disavow maple MAGA, neo-Nazis and other far right malcontents.
As long as Pierre keeps cozying up to these groups, immigrants will overwhelmingly vote liberal.

Are they presenting them to immigration court? No? Unconstitutional.
as an illegal immigrant, you're not suppose to roam free. you're suppose to be detained with food and lodging until an immigration judge decides your fate...if you're a foreigner without a visa to enter the US...you know you're detained at the airport and denied entry right? you know this.

Yes, they are just being deported. Not just illegals, but also US citizens.
And in some cases deported to a THIRD country where they are not even citizens, or to concentration camp style prisons in third countries.
I don't think that's accurate. They were given the option to go back to the 3rd world country they came free plane ride.
