The ''woman'' who got ran over had two large knives on her and was damaging cars in the parking lot.

She stabbed the tire of one of the police cruisers.

Driver of the vehicle jumps out while the car is still in drive...Gets back in presses the gas pedal instead of the brake. Vehicle lunges forward....No intent here...Cop is under duress and makes mistakes.

Wonder who the cop is and how long they have been on the force...Seems to be short I wonder if this is a woman as well.
