Not this one, friend.
Try dating apps like Bumble or Hinge, or better yet, you can meet girls by joining a gym, co-ed sporting league or book club, or do some volunteering.
Maybe someone else can help. If there are any websites where I could find a 20-year-old girlfriend, I’d like to know too.
What is with the 20 year olds lately coming to TERB looking for GF help?? 
Start with your friends, people you work with and then after that look at groups you associate with from sports leagues to volunteer groups, etc. If none of those work take out an ad on LL that you're GF hunting and I suspect they'll be calling.

Online is not the best place to find a girlfriend. Go out, find activities you like, meet people in person.
