I had experience with this person.
When I reached out they were offering Daty/Dato however, when I came to their place they refused the aforementioned services. I don't have a problem with this. Be safe, do what is best for you, but do not falsely advertise. For everyone else trying, please confirm several times before the engagement which services are included.

Yeah another fake Latino ad.

When it comes to scammers, it doesn't matter how many times you try to confirm the services beforehand. Until you're in the door or the money is exchanged they will say whatever they need to to get you in and get your money.
