I might like Putin if I were Russian. I don't hate him though being
a non-Ukrainian.

If I have to find a reason to hate Putin it would be the horrendous
cost his war has inflicted on us (indirectly) in the form of generous
aid to Ukraine. But I don't see Putin's Russia a threat to our
security so I am not sure if he is the one to blame.
