But, fair enough, no one should ever be prosecuted for a crime because no investigators or juries were there and cannot therefore conclude anything.

That sums it up. Was Trudeau a teacher really qualified to run Canada? Do people really think he understood what was happening with the Canadian government (rapid expansion) and the economy (stagnation)? Or was he fooled by his own rhetoric?
Then that brings us around to Joe Biden. It's possible that he was qualified to be President at one point in his career. It became increasingly obvious that he was not governing the country as we normally expect of a President. The Biden Administration can best be described as being run by a committee with Biden having limited control.
Now I agree with Schlong on his assessment of U.S. celebrity culture. What always gets lost though in the media coverage is when Trump was just a well-known New York businessman he was publicly discussing his political views. Like Trump or not, he has always had an agenda and clear ideas.
In fact some of our membership were arguing that Trump did not have any policies or an agenda in 2016 beyond his views on the border. He was then hamstrung with allegations and the bureaucracy. It's pretty clear in retrospect that Trump has an agenda and clear ideas for governing. You can like his policies or not, but that's not the question here.

You have cabinets, aides and advisors for a reason.
The reason being that most Presidents are not actually qualified to make decisions about most things, and rely heavily on the advice and recommendations of their team.
Trump is just the exception where he does/says whatever he wants and his band of yes men run around trying to intellectualize and explain away his deranged gobbledygook to make it more palatable for his cultish base.
