I believe both. You can contact them and ask for a Glory Hole experience specifically to not know who you'll (not) see. But if you ask a specific Cougar, I'd guess some would be willing to do it as part of your session. But you'll need to ask the particular Cougar you're interested in to be sure.

I thought the ladies working at Cougar’s Den were independent? Doesn’t that mean they set their own rates?
definition of independent should be explained to some guys with active imaginations here. i understand, but many babble on about it.
I may be way off here, but I think the price for a gloryhole meeting is pretty much set in Ottawa at $100. A few well known 'gloryhole specialists' in Ottawa charge that on their websites, and have for years, so the price seems to be stuck there. Add a $25 fee to use the space, and voila, everyone independently charges the same price.
Didn’t realize it was that common of a service that there was a “market rate”. But regardless, that doesn’t really answer my original question.
I'm just speculating, but perhaps it's something the ladies agreed upon?
