Some people should never be allowed to parent, holy fuck. She comes out and has ZERO urgency about the kids' well-being. Spends more time trying to come up with stupid witty come-backs than to move her fat ass faster to get the kids out of not ONE vehicular oven but TWO vehicular ovens. Some people seriously boggle my mind.
Unbelievable! Hot box both of those moms for a week and then see what they say. Some women shouldn't be allowed to have kids.

Gross. Heartbreaking. Very hard to watch. I can't imagine what these children have been exposed to already. I'm sure this wasn't their first time being left alone.
As for the Police, way too much chatter. Talk all you want once the kids are removed from the car and they have been properly assessed. I was actually surprised to hear the first officer on seen argue with the mother for about 1 minute and 13 seconds. Why was she arguing with this pig? If anything the argument kept the kids in the car longer. At 42 seconds the police officer asks for her information? Really? Need this now? The kids are still sitting in the car. Remove the kids first. Feed them water THEN book the bitches. The only thing that should of been said " please open the doors and remove the kids from the car immediately ". Not a penny more.
I am so disgusted by these parents. 1.5 hours and 3.5 hours......They deserve to be slapped until skin turns black and blue. I can't forgive mistakes like this. I would smother each of their faces with the baked dirty diapers left in the car. Eat it.

Even on a mild day, I feel very uncomfortable and need to roll down the window or exit the car after 5 minutes. Otherwise I begin to sweat and feel it hard to breathe. All six kids could have easily died a slow and excruciating death.
The flippant attitude of the mother was intolerable. Her kids need to be removed immediately and permanently from her.
I constantly amazed by how much BS the American cops seem willing to put up with with non-compliant drivers during traffic stops, as seen on TikTok.
Although maybe it happens in some parts of Canada too, I can't imagine Toronto cops putting up with that bullshit before breaking the car's window and dragging the offenders out.
Maybe its the video recording and cop bodycam requirements that are creating the issue, and I think those are important for the average citizen's protection against possible "old days" police brutality, but some offenders push the limits way too far.
I remember a time when if you disrespected a cop you got ass kicked and the cops were all big men.

This is what I don't understand. Once the mother came up to them, you detain her by handcuffing her, take the keys to both cars, put her in the back of a cop car and call ambulances for the children. There should be no conversation until you get the women to the police station. I wouldn’t even have allowed the mother to remove them herself.
The primary goal is to remove the children into a safe environment. Fuck the women.

So GTA for the last few days has been pretty hot.
I just roll the windows down, and my drive home from work is about a half an hour on a not too congested arterial road at about 2:30 to 3pm or so.
The last few days have been audibly very quiet.
Nobody in the back yard with the boom box going.
No sounds of kids playing.
No other car radio sounds as most windows are done up with AC blasting.
Not even a peep out of any birds calling.
Even they are laying low until the day cools off a bit.
It is kind of weird when you are used to the sounds of the city.
And then with the heat about the same people around.
And yet it is so quiet.

Good eye. Yea I caught that too. I thought the first officer wasn't very professional. She's lecturing her. For what? There's nothing to talk about besides asking for the keys. I totally agree with your thoughts about removing the children. This should of been the responsibility of the police officer. I was also surprised not one officer dispatched an ambulance.
Now my next question to all....What kind of punishment does the mother receive besides the obvious? Please no suggestions such as " she shouldn't be allowed to be a mother to her children ". That's the obvious. So the kids have an emotional attachment to their mother. You can't take a mother away permanently even though she deserves it. Clearly the mother requires supervision, however, there's no such thing as 24/7 supervision. How do you manage this? Also what if there isn't a father in the picture and she's a single mom? Do the kids go into a foster home? They will be safer there, however, this will also damage the kids. This makes me sad. Truly a horrible situation. Filthy classless parents. Now that these parents have a criminal record, this will impact the decisions they can make, however, what if there isn't another parent?

Monitored visitations only until the kids are old enough to defend themselves which means not until they are 18 years old
. These sisters nearly killed 6 kids. This cannot be reversed or fixed by some bole shit safety program.
My AC conked out yesterday and thankfully my HVAC was able to come fix it on his way from a call in Toronto. Not everyone is getting same day service and thankfully the repair was easy.

As for punishment - children should be placed in the care of a responsible relative, other parent or protective services until such time as the mother proves she is responsible. This means parenting classes, therapy sessions, supervised visits leading to linger home visits for reconnection in a slow and safe manner. This is if the child is not physical or other wise abused. Then children should be taken was way completely.
Criminally - they should serve time. Minimum 2 years per offence. For this type of if the child dies - life. If abuse - minimum 5 years or more depending on type of abuse.
This is just my opinion though.
Unfortunately, modern society enables such to become parents, while discouraging the ones who SHOULD be from doing so.

It's literally the same thing to me, dog, human, whatever, if they depend on you for their survival, don't do that shit.
Like someone else said, a lot of people shouldn't have kids and a lot more shouldn't have any kind of pets.
