If I understand what Carney said correctly his plan of oil pipeline
construction will be a part of his plan of decarbonisation. The
Conservatives couldn't be that smart to figure out how decarbonisation
can be achieved by building new oil pipeline. This Carney guy
is a very very sneaky man.
