Your body will start becoming too reliant on you taking Viagara to do what you want to do. As you get older that time-line increases but you may just need more time - maybe extend you appointment by 30 minutes - to recover to get that second shot without Viagara.

That's shity. That's usually common with teenagers or guys in their 20's, but not so much with guys in their 40's. It's quite the opposite. At least what I've been experiencing, Not being able to cum even on the 45 minute mark during sex, I have to jerk off to accomplish it. That's why I book 1 hour appointments now.

It depends on each individual and I suppose their nerves and such. Fastest for me is under 10 mins and maybe even 5. Otherwise it's usually 15 or 20 mins. Cuddling and kissing or making out later on makes a huge difference along with what else she is doing.
