I don’t know much about liberals, but I am most upset with two things: first is that his father lived until 93, and the second is that millions of America believe that he has an iota of decency in him

I believe referring to the jet. It's in the US constitution- whats been referred to as the emoluments clause: here's the e act quote (followed by the wikipedia interpretation):
"No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State."
