set up a meet with a SP in downtown Ptbo.. Apparently it was a Air BNB location kinda threw me some and it was a lock gate .. kinda felt like i was being set up cause a few cars were hanging around the area.. but i'd been eye balling this SP for a while so

no. it was on the north side of kingston just east of galloway in a strip plaza
there was another on the corner of poplar and kingston, russian ladies.. i used to go regular,
they worked between there and Morningside and kingston. had some good times probably 20rs ago or more
when i m out that way i cruise by and spas are still in operation

The sketchiest place I've been to was a MP in Atlanta.
Forget the name, but it was just rooms with curtains.

I would have to agree with this comment. I would say there is a very small percentage of guys that would seek this out.
Some providers may or may not know that for a good majority of us, there is a lot of planning involved with going to see an SP. - Those who don't have disposable income readily available need take a while to put cash together.
- Some have S.O.'s that takes planning to not raise suspicion with them
- S.P. providers schedules need to align with our own.
- For me personally, when you find a good provider, you tend to overlook certain aspects surrounding the visit. (Karolyn was a great example. Cannot remember seeing her where her place was clean and Tidy....but she is (was) an exceptional provider.......(on a side note....anyone seen her recently? she had some health issues but I had still been in contact with her...now radio silence)
When you factor in everything that goes into seeing an S.P. it is very difficult to be logical and abort the mission in the final 10 second count down. Little brain usually beats big brain.
These are some of the reasons why this board is so important....getting reliable information to help avoid these places in the first place. And it was a lot easier to avoid the sketchy places when there weren't so many scammers out there.
And to note...my sketchy places have been Motel6 in Whitby, Canadiana in Whitby, Quebec St, and a long time ago on Glen St., and never pleased about walking up to Lavilla Spa. There have been others but just can't remember as they were a long time ago when I first started hobbying.
To further add to the sentiment of my response....I know that there is the other side to this industry. Everyone of us who are looking for an SP have a type we are looking for, and we seek that out. But the SP's don't really get that option and end up seeing a lot of clients that may also be sketchy.
I would like to think that at one point, I was a "catch" when it comes to my looks, hygiene, and attitude. Now maybe just my hygiene and attitude (lol) I could not imagine being a provider and seeing several clients a day and having to deal with guys that are not their type. That has become my attitude the more I have been hobbying. Considering that they may have seen many other clients before me.
Unfortunately there are too many new girls out there that are just trying to scam. There are not enough SP's out there that truly enjoy what they do (Ashlee? Jenesis? Candi?)
My point (if I have one) Some of the sketchy places may be a derivative of a point of desperation and maybe we also should consider the other side of the encounter.

Same. I think it was an Asian SP who gave me that spot and I told her no way
One time, someone met me in the parking lot downtown Belleville. He lead me to a really sketchy ally and I almost turned and ran but he reassured me it looked bad but it wasnt. I was ready to bolt or attack the guy if he came at me but he turned out to be a really nice guy. At one point there was what I thought was a pile of junk... it turned out to be a person sleeping. I screamed and he started moving around and yelling. The guy knew his name and calmed him down. He was staying at his buddy's place for the night and his buddy just lived in a terrible neighborhood. He was really sweet. Everything looked really bad though. Guys sometimes forget how bad everything looks to a complete stranger lol. That's probably why he chatted with me for so long in the parking lot, so I didn't run. He was genuinely a good person though. I would have been friends with the guy if we met under different circumstances.

I have been to all of the same places as you and agree with your takes on these places
Kingsway - way too many people sitting outside without being noticed - I bailed from that place
Motel 6 - set up an appointment with Shea and some dude was sleeping on one of the beds so she blew me in the bathroom sitting on the toilet LOL
Woodycrest - I saw a really nice chick there but can't remember her name. She was amazing but did not like the location. At least her room was in the back
Canadiana - this is where I first met Kitty and some of her girls at the time. Great service so I kept going back even though it was sketch
Royal Motel - now known as Lakeridge motel - I used to take a bbbj expert there because they rented rooms by the hour and she was incredible. I'm sure you all know who I mean
Cloverleaf motel - I saw a chick named Destiny there and she had a sheet separating the beds in the room. Super sketchy believe me
Karolyn also had a place a King and Centre before Quebec St. but wasn't to bad. The building on Quebec St. always smelled like piss when walking up the stairs.
