The only trick I can see is the placement of the sticks may be premarked with a groove
but it is still amazing as the removal of the feather proves no adhesive was used
but no way the feather removal caused the collapse
Perhaps the talent show ( I do not trust TV acts) let her redo the act if it failed
until it succeeded
As the Talent show is after ratings an act could be an illusion
but not declared as so it would improve ratings
The sticks are flat so that helps a lot
It may not be as amazing as it looks

I she really wanted to jazz up the show, she should have worn a more translucent outfit with a bright light behind her and chimes hanging off her labia's making enchanting sounds.

So, it is a magic trick, with flat sticks and a weighted feather but a beautiful and skillful one
She wears a sexy outfit so the audience looks at her instead on the details of the act
Also, her deep breathing into the microphone was all recorded to build tension
Act was a well done illusion
Stone balancing is done by rubbing them together until you can feel three points so rock is resting on a triad
Takes a skill to feel those points. It would make a good act on a Talent show
Once stacked tell the audience to scream so the sound waves collapse the stones
