Looks like she's doing ok.
I think the worst thing you could do is not treat her like a regular person.
Good thing there is Amazon.
I seriously doubt she would even be able to see the cash register in the adult store.

On the other hand, in real life challenges:

Yeah, I bet she buys her toys online. Talk about getting looks walking into an adult store with her.
I think part of it is, most of us here are way older than 22. So the the whole "creep" factor is certainly magnified. I don't know what it would feel like if I was the same age, dating someone like her.
The fact that she's physically the size of an 8 year-old, I would imagine oral/vaginal sex would be very difficult. To the point of being frustrating for her and her BF. But who knows, maybe her BF has a micro-penis, so all's good.
