Can you provide any evidence that transgenderism is a mental illness? Research disagrees with you. But of course, your steady stream of facebook posts and "guys talking into their cellphones while sitting in their car for some reason" has taught you that you know more than actual psychologists and psychiatrists.

Have you been in a women's bathroom? They do their business in stalls. So, no chance of seeing a dick.
"OH BUT THE RAPISTS!" If a man wanted to rape a woman in a women's bathroom, he would do that. RAPISTS are the problem, not transes.
Second: How do you police that? A Karen sees a masculine presenting person enter a washroom, calls the cops, that person then has to show their genitals to a stranger? What if that person is under age? Is it better to force children to expose their genitals to strangers, or is it better to ignore masculine presenting people who prefer to sit down to pee?
And third: I want equal treatment. Anyone who sits down in a mens washroom is likely a female. I want to see the dick of anyone who uses a stall in a mens washroom, just in case they are female-to-male. All transes are bad, who is protecting me from the F-to-M's?
Locker Rooms: If you walk around naked in a locker room, and there are people under 16 present, you are committing a crime. Dick, Vagina, or other. Still indecent exposure. Second, if someone disrobes in a locker room, why are you staring at them? you can just look away. Again, rapists are rapists. We already have laws for that. Studies show transes are not more likely to be criminal than cis-people.
Honestly, if you think "any man who goes into a women's washroom is going to start raping" you're telling on yourself.
