Yep they made a lot of money. It's probably not a good idea to say they moved to Romania because they can do anything they want there without the fear of prosecution. That and their continued schtick most likely led to the investigation.

So after years and still no evidence to go to trial DIICOT and the Romanian justice system looks bad here. So why not them go to the U.S. and be rid of them. DIICOT can always say that they didn't fail but the Tates fled. It's good deal for the Tates because they can get out from under the Romanian justice blanket that was upon them.

They will continue their act but this time as Trump supporters and as defenders against political oppression.
