If only Israel had ended the occupation and apartheid as all human rights group and the UN demand.
...
If only the Palestinian leadership were willing to accept a peace deal, any time between 1937 and 2008. Instead they embraced terrorism, thinking that if they killed enough Jews, the rest would leave.

Babies are always innocent. Hamas had the option of leaving the babies to die or taking the family as a unit. ..
Holy fuck your justifications for hamas are disgusting.

The moral choice would be for Hamas to battle with IDF forces and leave civilians alone. Instead they butchered a town full of people in a Kibutz that was set up by peace activists with a long history of committing their time and voice to support Palestinians. They also chose to gun down as many people as they could at a music festival.

they were collateral damage by parents who brought them to occupied land and a warzone....
Ah, this old gem. It's fault of the parents for having a baby in a land that Hamas thinks is theirs.

BTW. You use being a war zone as an excuse for face to face killing of Jewish civilians but reject that view for Palestinians killed when bombing Hamas.

1) Israel is illegally occupying Palestine, as the occupier you cannot claim self defence against the people you occupy.
...
Bullshit. Just justifications for terror.

Again, Hamas chose not to battle with the IDF. They chose to, planned, and practiced attacks on civilians because like you, they don't care to differentiate military and civilian targets. Like you they think that simply being a Jew is enough of a justification for murder.

they are prisoners under control of the occupier, and killing people under occupation is a war crime. That jewish family made a choice to visit Occupied Zioland . When you travel to an occupied land, you become complicit in the crime and its consequences.

How can they get Israel to release hostages without taking hostages? They already sent many firmly worded letters demanding Israel release their people from its concentration camps.

It's great when you admit how disgusting your views are.

Are you onboard with indigenous people gunning you down?
They don't have any claims to the land I live in, and there is a legal process underway that is continually settling land claims and providing fair compensation. If we treated our native people like Israelis treat theirs I would protest strongly and maybe even fight back with them. How many Canadian indigenous have been murdered by security forces each year? If a Canadian forces sniper shot an indigenous child, do you think Canadians would just go "ah well". You cannot really be taken seriously Mr. Babykiller defender. Have you ever seen Canadians trying to stop food from getting to our native citizens? If there was any reports of mass hunger among our fellow native Canadians I KNOW Canadians would form a convoy and bring food to them. Don't compare Canada with scumbag Israelis. We are not perfect but I can confidently say we are on the whole a MUCH more fair minded people and don't claim any special status from God.

No, Israel does not have a right to defend itself in Gaza. But the Palestinians do.
Oct. 7was a terrorist attack that occurred in Israeli and was committed by hamas. As such Israel the right to defend itself.

Israel declared war on hamas, not against Gaza or Palestinians. A declaration of war is NOT self-defense.

Please tell us what are the borders of hamas? How long has Israel occupied hamas?

Being dumb would be taking you at your word. I have done many dumb things in my life, but never this dumb.

Please note that this whole thing is nothing more than an OPINION PIECE. I ask for a citation of international law and you give me an opinion piece from a hate site rag that publishes hate speech specializing in demonizing Israel and the U.S.
No, Israel does not have a right to defend itself in Gaza. But the Palestinians do. – Mondoweiss
If you open the link, it clearly states that it is listed under their opinions section.

From the Washington Post:
“Mondoweiss” is a hate site (UPDATED) - The Washington Post

You said that this was easy for you, but it seems that your efforts are pathetic.

As I said, this whole concept of self-defense and how it applies in occupied territory is as real as Tinkerbell and Neverland. It is a fantasy of anti-Semites and applies to nobody other than Israel. There is no such statute in international law. If there was you'd have presented it already.

It was a pleasure humiliating you and exposing your dishonesty.

I included the UN Rapporteur stating those same legal statements.
Its the law.
She has been publicly discredited.
She reports to the UN but does not speak for them.
Show us the International statute itself and where it is codified. When did it become a law and who codified it.

This whole "no self-defense" thing is total BS. It does not exist. It is a fabrication.

So there is no statute to confirm your claims. That's what I thought.

These are only special rules recently made up so they can be only be applied to the situation with Israel.

No need to drag this out and hijack this thread. It's all yours.
Terb's Dahlia Kurtz declares once again that laws don't apply to Israel.

Do I care that you think you know more than the ICC, ICJ, UN, Amnesty or anyone else?
Not in the least.

You're on team MAGA, with the white supremacists and right wing extremists.
Your opinion is worthless.

You quoted a woman who thinks Jews have subjugated America.

And no, she and your quotes are bullshit.
I don't care what someone who defends genocide has to say.
You call anyone critical of genocide 'antisemitic' as if you think its the pass time of the Jewish people.
That's the most antisemitic crime on this board.

Israel kills more children and journalists than any other country on the planet and you are proud.
