He knew all along Zelensky was not going to win the
war and didn't want him to win. But he still had the malice
to sucker Zelensky into fighting on as long as it took to
to weaken Putin. Biden paved the way to Trump's
money-grabbing peace deal. It is a major accomplishment
of his presidency.

This is a disturbing yet mostly true conclusion...It doesn't absolve Putin entirely though.
This war is very layered and goes far beyond what the lay person can comprehend.
Ending it is imperative and yes Ukraine will probably have to give concessions that are not palatable to their supporters.

Explain why the National Security deliberately withheld the truth and continued to hammer away at what Russia identified as their red lines. Why could he not say it in public if he knew it to be true. Even when they knew 100% that Russia was about to attack, why did they not try an stop it?

In fact, in hindsight even he admits he waited too long and was wrong to trust Hollande and Merkel. At around 2017, Russia had a chance to wipe out a huge chunk of the Ukrainian army in the Donbas. Merkel secured their release. That mistake has now coast 100K Russian lives.

This all would seem obvious to many if they could strip away their disdain for Trump and all Trump's actions.
It's been obvious since 2023 that the Ukraine could not kick the Russians out of Ukrainian territory. I'm not sure why the Russians would say yeah, here take back your territory. Much of it taken when Obama was President. Others still harbor delusions of holding out until the war losses takes down the Putin regime.

The Ukrainians are fighting for their lives. Surrender means slaughter.
The vast majority of the Russians being killed are being killed in Ukraine.
Sorry but I'm not a Russian who invaded a soverign country and are slaughtering its citizens. Russia is TARGETING civilian apartments, schools markets power stations. You want Ukrainians to give up and become Russian serfs like the rest of you vile cowards?
