Ah the tolerant left...
You should really look up the paradox of tolerance. I am very tolerant to other view points. I do not have an issue with conservatism. I have an issue with the intolerance of some of those conservatives, and will call them out or slam them for it. So, to pretend that the left has to listen to hate speech or the whining about having a brown (or worse, a female) person in a position of power, you are sorely mistaken.

What MAGA don't understand, life's too short to wallow in hatred. Jim Norton interviews the 48th POTUS!
do not care about MAGA

life is to short to be arguing against biology
there are 2 genders
if you are confused about this just, reach into your shorts and check for big Jim and the twins

if you find big Jim and the twins your a male
if you don't find big Jim and the twins your a female

nobody says the left has to listen to hate speech
it would be much better if they listened to common sense , but Nooooooo

if you were really listening you would find nobody is whining about having a brown (or worse, a female) person in a position of power,
if the person (independent of gender, skin color) in a position of power abuses that power or are are incompetent then there is a problem

you appear to be the one who is whining

You should try listening to Dr. King / Morgan Freeman
go out and acquire some character

Weird, isn't the CEO of the US Postal Service Louie DeJoy? And, wasn't he appointed by the sun king Trump???
Don't forget a republican congress, in an effort to kill the US postal service, insisted they pre pay retirement benefits 75 years in advance. No actual business would do that. It put a huge excess financial burden on the posties.

Biden did sign a bi partisan bill ending that lunacy appx 2 years ago. They're still digging out though.
Anyhow, some context.

No, that's not what executive orders are.
.

3.1 Executive Orders (EOs)
An EO is a declaration by the president which has the force of law, usually based on existing statutory powers, and requiring no action by the Congress. They are numbered consecutively, so executive orders may be referenced by their assigned number, or their topic. A sitting U.S. President may overturn an existing executive order (Federal Register. Executive Orders. All Executive Orders Since 1994) by issuing another executive order to that effect. (American Bar Association. What Is an Executive Order? 10/9/2020.)

has the force of law

sounds pretty much like
Executive orders are not opinions and ideas...they are law.

So if the liberals here operated the same way you would back them?

I'll accept that as a fair argument.
