How many latinos do you liberals know up there in Canada anyway. I’m friends/friendly with every Latino I’ve hired work to (contracting, gardening, etc) and I’ve asked them why they leaned toward Trump and it was for two reasons. The thing I love about them is that they keep it simple and about common sense.

1. The perverse cess pool western society has devolved into. dEI, chicks with dicks in school library books, feminine men. Latinos come from a a macho culture. This is an abomination for them

2. They don’t like the influx of more immigrants coming into this country. Many here barely earn minimum wage and Biden tried to flood the market and make these people lose their jobs

They don’t know the complex inner workings of the US economy to vote for it. I don’t think many liberals in these forums understand it either.

Whether you agree with it or not, the fact is that there will always be trans, lesbians, gays in our Society. These individuals were picked on and verbally plus physically assaulted over the years.
Many of them eventually took their own lives or were forced to indulge in addiction to drugs and alcohol. It took over decades to respect their rights to choose their sexuality. Why should those sitting in the Whitehouse legislate to reverse the progress of this hard work?

Same with those choosing the rights to their own bodies and when they decide to undergo an abortion in a safe and concise manner. Then States have to vilify both the doctors who perform these procedures as well as a woman having the right to choose what is within her own womb.......really?

Remember that this sitting POTUS was the one who called for the death penalties of the Five Blacks who were wrongly accused in the rapes and attempted murder in the Central Park. He even started a petition and for it. He did not even have the decency to apologize for his action that was racially charged. Not surprising considering how he and his father discriminated against Blacks in the rental of their apartments. Hence the cancellation of all this DEI, Black History Culture, and respect for ones own rights to their bodies is now supposed to be credible........really??

It’s a complex issue and you’re trying to simplify it in a post. I’m not going to get into because we will be going in circles. In relation to this thread, I was just stating what the Latino immigrants told me. I’ve never asked Muslims about this because frankly I don’t have any Muslim friends but I would guess that they would echo the same sentiments as the Latinos about the issue you brought up.

I am full aware of it and trying to bring the other side of the debate into it. Those are some religious Latinos who could have told you their beliefs based on their upbringing etc.
But I have Latino buddies who are more tolerant of all religions, sexualities etc. as they believe that every person has a right to their own sexuality.
Remember, what this very Site that we are relaying our posts is all about. We have one Board with Trans, Lesbian and Gay individuals and their divine rights to offer their services. We all have to respect it. In some of MAGA and Republicans spheres we would all be vilified for actually subscribing to such sites.
I also have Muslim friends and contrary to beliefs they all are okay with DEI, Gays, Trans etc as they were fully aware of the Canadian cultures prior to emigrating here.
Maybe you are not aware that over the years the racial discrimination that existed from decades ago were being addressed. DEI was welcomed in the Multinational Corporations as it was actually benefitting them from the additional skills being injected from it!!
