Finally, I think Vivek wanted to go about the shut down of these agencies from the legal route. Elon wanted to do it using tech and seeing what was underneath the hood. Vivek stated this as the main difference in their vision for DOGE.

I think it is a mistake to just think of the dissent as personal issues between these four.
There are major factions in the GOP coalition that agree on the first steps in seizing power, but disagree on what the final end game should look like.
It is along those lines that I expect to see eventual splits.
