Shrug. She's not there yet but my logic is this....
She'll stay in Toronto but that drive at 3am is hell right? So...need to pick up some $ locally.
She already applied to Hush before she went to Tabu but wasn't too keen on the licensing $ apparently. I assume Cambridge's $ is different. In addition, Jamie is essentially the manager at Hush and she makes sure really pretty women (Anastasia & Angel for example who were there, what? a week? ) quickly leave or those that get too busy don't hang around too long. Thus, Hush is out.
Pheonix - which from little that I know of it - seems to be getting quite that Je ne sais quoi that I didn't know that it had before. I mean, Mia worked there and my Mia is great and would've have fit perfectly in at Ambition. So, hey, if she worked there for a number of years, perhaps it wasn't all that bad? Beats me. In addition, Angel (I can't remember her name at the time) from Ambition is working there so...woot! Thus, Pheonix seems to be a bit of a default in my mind.
Thinking about the 3, all of them have absent owners and day-to-day management is left up to the women. Same with Michener I guess I think but I have zero clue about Guelph Studios. I mean, they (the MPs) do an ok job but it's not their boat so if some water gets into it..oh well right? Ambition had a very active & interested owner and it showed in it's popularity. Call me a business nerd but I really appreciate well-run businesses of any kind.

This is the Owner of Hush, I'd like to set you straight on a few things, First of all " Jaime " is NOT the manager so you have zero clue on what your saying about her.
Angel was an amazing girl and still is, unfortunately her scheduling and ours did not coincide, so another thing you have zero clue about. Just because a girl is pretty doesn't mean that she is a good fit for some places. Most of these girls have been to work at almost EVERY spa in the tri city and its not because of ABSENT owners. I'm here everyday making sure that HUSH is clean and run to the best of my ability. So maybe put that in your head as to WHY they all have bounced from one place to the next.
Most don't like rules and want to do what they want, Kitchener has to have licensed attendants in the "LEGIT' MP scene here. Cambridge does not.
Cracks me up when you say that management takes out pretty girls, Its actually the other girls who get jealous and LIE to the owners to get them out. Some of these girls can be down right A holes about it too, so please stop acting like its managements fault every time a girl leaves or gets fired from a place.
No management or Owner of a business is perfect, most of you don't know how things work trying to keep things afloat and to basically stay out of LE's radar all the while trying to accommodate 10-12 women on a daily basis, Hell, most of you cant even deal with one wife on a daily basis. So before you come on here and say false things , maybe ask someone who actually knows, rather than an attendant you got close too. 100% of the time you will get made up lies, just to make themselves look better.

My intent was not to speak ill of the existing staff by commenting on any new staff. The existing staff look awesome! I'm sure I can show up anytime, ask for any of the staff that and I would really enjoy my time spent there. Despite the odd rule of no 1 hours sessions..
One day I just want to ask for 90 minutes just to hear the freak out over the phone

This is true and is a well worn 'drama' strategy to get even with someone you don't like. I've seen the texts from Rylie and the owners just agreed with what was suggested. That's fine, it's a management process. Support your staff that handle the day to day is very important or else chaos would result.

This is vert true. It's a tough, and very small, industry staffed by those who are looking to take offense and 'get revenge' at anything even if made up in their head. However, both ways right? It's just a life thing.
I'm more curious about the rumors of why one of the women I liked recently quit. I'm trying to determine if it's true - in this economy - if you decided to pay the girls less. If true, I mean, really? You're already less $ to begin with and now more>less? As was said earlier, who knows what the truth is right?
In conclusion, kudos on the business and keep up the good work!

I also don't think its anyone's business what the girls get paid, It's theirs and only theirs as well as what an owner of a business makes. Now ,a manager is being paid to do a job, that includes hiring and firing. That's pretty much the norm in any business yes?

No, she left Tabu and who knows where she'll end up. Merely my total guess (and likely wrong) about Phoenix eventually.
