Major win. This had bipartisan support too but media exposure kept people from touching this issue. No doubt there will be hurdles but this is an amazing start to eventually rid us of this craziness.

NEW: Former athletes sue the University of Pennsylvania, claiming they suffered emotional trauma from transgender swimmer Lia Thomas. Good. UPenn alum Grace Estabrook, Margot Kaczorowski and Ellen Holmquist claim in a new lawsuit that the school violated federal laws by allowing Thomas to compete on their team. "The UPenn administrators told the women that if anyone was struggling with accepting Thomas’ participation on the UPenn Women’s team, they should seek counseling and support from CAPS and the LBGTQ center," the lawsuit states. The swimmers say they were emotionally traumatized by Thomas being on the team. They claim school officials threatened them not to speak out or else they might be labeled as "transphobes." The women were also forced to share a locker room with Thomas. "When UPenn’s women’s swimmers returned to school in the fall of 2021 they were shocked to discover that Thomas was being allowed to use the women’s locker room..." the lawsuit says. "Margot [Kaczorowski] only learned that Thomas had been authorized by UPenn to use the women’s locker room when she walked in the women’s locker room to find Thomas in front of her changing his clothing."

I think I heard in one of the senate confirmation hearings that there are less than or utmost 10 trans athletes amongst 510,000 college athletes.
Of course we need an presidential executive order for it. lol.
Non issues by definition, are not issues and therefore do not need resolutions, much less presidential executive orders.
Now there won't be any...And hopefully this will help stop the trans social contagion from spreading.

By the way a federal judge blocked Trump's EO to move trans prisoners to male prisons.
It is common sense. Nobody wants to see this. Men beating up women? Unless there is a way to completely change into a biological woman, this just isn’t fair. An elite transgender male will always beat an elite woman in most physical activities.
It’s an 80/20 bipartisan issue in congress. As close to a consensus as you can get.

Sports optimizes itself quickly. Odds of a US male over 7 feet tall playing in the nba is 1 in 6. Pretty good odds.
We allow this to continue, woman sports is going to be dominated by trans athletes in the next several years. Especially with money attached to it, men may purposely take hormone blockers to be able to compete with women.
It’s not a huge problem now, but it would have become one.
