Of all the ways to score a touchdown, what is the only one that has not occurred in a Super Bowl game?

Pure Guess #1
QB or RB tackled in end zone (when line of scrimmage was 1 yard line), fumbles ball, and recovered by a defensive player for TD?
Without the fumble, it would be a safety.

Pure Guess #2
Fake punt - then punter takes off and runs all the way to end zone?
Or maybe punter throws a completed pass into end zone?

Pure Guess #3
Fake field goal - then holder takes off and runs ball into end zone?
Or maybe holder throws a completed pass into end zone?

What a great answer.
I should have mentioned the types of touchdowns are more general:
--offensive passing play
--offensive running play
--fumble recovery return
--interception return
--kickoff return
--punt return
--blocked kick return

Guess #1 would be a fumble recovery return wherever it occurred on the field, and that has happened.
Guesses #2 and #3 may be considered an offensive running or passing play.

The answer I'm looking for remains open.

Who am I?

The Toronto Blue Jays selected me in both the 2006 and 2007 June amateur drafts.

In two separate stints with the Jays, including parts of four Major League seasons, I had a 2-3 record for Toronto with a 10.08 ERA in 52 2/3 innings pitched.

I have the same name as a former Montreal Expo:

who was also the Manager of a Major League team for two full seasons, and part of a third. He is currently the bench coach of a Major League team. In 2017, he managed the American League in the All Star Game, but he was not a Major League Manager at that time.

My namesake got off to a fast start in his MLB career, with a .524 batting average after his first six games in June, 1980.
