I'm sure you're cheering for the cartels to win vs. Trump because y ou know...Orangeman is bad... It's up to Mexico now to do their share of the security...If they tend to be slacking...it's not off the table...you liberals panic day after day since h e announced the tariffs...and now saying he's caving...LoL...I'd just be happy if the tariff doesn't happen and JT actually convinces him to delay or kill it...
No not cheering at all. Drug dealers will exist as long as there are consumers. These guys don`t know if they will be alive tomorrow. It`s not like you can resonate with them.

What I am worried about Trump is how he is turning the US into an authoritarian regime. With his bunch of maniacs allies in the GOP. With Trump the US is turning into Talibans without beard.
I don't think that is quite fair.
One of the factions in the Trump coalition is "Taliban without beards" (the Christian Nationalist/hardcore evangelical section).
Other factions have different goals once the shared "break American democracy and make it easier to be authoritarian" goal is accomplished.
Musk and the Technocracy aren't here for the Taliban vibe. They have all kinds of regressive views and are aggressively authoritarian, but their vision board looks different.
Big lesson for the rest of the world, the way to deal with a bullshitter is to bullshit back.
He has no idea of what's really going so you can just agreeably bullshit and pretend compliance.
