''This is my layperson's understanding. I'm not a doctor or have a biological background. Fenbendazole and Ivermectin by themselves had amazing results by themselves with stage 4 terminal cancer. Combined is likely to have even better results. They are both used as dewormers. Ivermectin has a broader type of parasites it can be used for. Intestinal worms and cancer cells have the same non-oxygen burning metabolism. Cancer cells have non-oxygen burning metabolism as theorized by Otto Warburg who received the Nobel prize in 1931 for cell respiration. This is because cancer cells have damaged mitochondria preventing normal metabolism. Professor Thomas Seyfried proved Warburg's theory by switching out cell nuclei and mitochondria between healthy and cancer cells.''

"Was proven effective..." Sure thing there.

I find it so interesting that the same people who keep telling us the vaccines are evil because of big pharma are celebrating big pharma doing what they always do and trying to find other applications for their already developed drugs.

As for the study posted, it seems that all the research is "promising" studies containing a lot of "may be" and from what I can tell, the studies are primarily based on cancer cells in petri dishes and not on patients.

It would be great to have more tools against cancer but the research needs more work (but it is more convincing than the IVM covid research).

I know.
It's a remarkably commonplace study about interesting pre-clinical findings.
This is a good thing.
But this should be in the lounge in general as an interesting medical finding.
It has nothing to do with COVID at all.

Hopefully with my face in a pussy
It's been so thoroughly debunked that any desperate rearguard action like this by the alt-med crowd will fall on deaf ears among real scientists. Unfortunately the hordes of people who slept through every biology class after grade 9 will lap it up just to own the libs. So they can take it, get sick, and die. Just make sure that their innocent kids are taken care of. I'll be running a Cat D9 to make the mass grave.

oh my fucking god. I may or may not be true but with the negative association of Ivermectin and stupidity, WHY would anyone even bother researching it. It's just the kiss of career death.

I don't think so.
Researching things it shows promise in is fine.
Wouldn't be held against anybody.

A summary of the video is always helpful. Who has time or patience to sit through a video that may or may not be useful right?
I wouldn't comment on something I didn't watch and I wouldn't rely on someones else's summary.

But that's just me.

Because Pharma always looks for alternative uses for medications they already paid to develop. It's about money.
