If I wanted to drive a company into bankruptcy I would
- turn down opportunities ,
- sow division within the company, call them racists, freeze bank accounts , single out a critical department (Alberta) and abuse them. you know, the divisive stuff
- make it far more difficult / costly to produce the products the company sells ,
- bring in too many people and obligations
- spend without control and give money to non productive people.
- send lots of Money offshore
- increase debt to absurd levels
