I was in Siem Reap(SR) for a few nights about a month ago.
At this moment 1$CAD=0.69US$=4000៛(Riels); US$ are widely used and even available at ATM's and for a fair exchange rate.
A 3hr tour of Angkor Wat is ~20US$ for a private guide including tip (which isn't necessary - but always appreciated). A very good meal at one of Siem Reap's best restaurants - which has a small stage for nightly performances & is right along Pub Street (don't go there - there is an even better restaurant a little further off which offers the same thing for negligibly more - it's easy to find with minimal effort) is about 20$US for a full course meal - beer or two, appetizer, main course, dessert, and then watching the show included. Some street food is 1-2YS$ for a meal drink included(side note - I found Cambodia's street food was pretty terrible & opted to cook my own food or buy better quality restaurants).
My travels are not about mongering - it's just a side activity I do for fun - with the exception of a trip I took to Pattaya which I'll post on at a later time.

The only P4P I had there was walking down a street close to Pub Street I was approached by this smoking hot woman, looking maybe 25years old, who offered me a massage for 5$ for 1hr. She was dressed modestly enough that she could have been legit, but scantily enough I could see she had good curves - tight belly, busty without exaggerated breasts, cute face. She had had some reasonable surgery. For a 5$ massage I thought what could possibly go wrong - I agreed and was brought into the back room of a legit looking massage parlour. All there was was a mat on the floor and a curtain for privacy - not classy at all. I was followed in behind the curtains by two other girls. I was told to strip, which I did down to my underwear, & was immediately fondled in my groin after a massage of at most 5mins by the girl who brought me in off the street. The other two girls looking on - one of which was another stunner. I was asked if I wanted sex - a 4some, and told them I would take the lady who brought me in as well as one of the other two girls (who was also smoking hot), I apologised and told them the 3rd lady just wasn't my style.
Price began at 400US$ for the 1hr for the two of them (200US$ each) and was quickly dropped to 50US$ each for the trio.
I was given a BJ by one, and sex with the other with an enthusiastic COB finish.
Definity shorted on time - but it was a surprisingly enthusiastic - albeit rush - session.
There is mongering to be had in the city & I would see streetwalkers along Pub Street (the main party street) of the city. In the streets next to it & surrounding there are illegitimate 'massage parlours' where FS is offered.
I was not too happy with my one experience - while the girls were smoking hot, and even enthusiastic - it was far too rushed and the facilities too dumpy to really enjoy it - but maybe there are better places in the city. Or rent a decent hotel room and bring back some girls there. I've heard of massage parlours outside the downtown where girls bring back customers inside & facilities are cleaner, and even cheaper - but I didn't have the patience to go exploring anything like that.
I've read that the best is to ask Tuktuk drivers where some action can be had - but I hate getting that kind of 3rd hand information
The scene is nowhere near what it is in Bangkok, Pattaya, Hanoi, or Saigon; if mongering is all you're after - go there.
