Tbh, the fact that she is still advertising (if it is true) is disgusting. And maybe one of the ladies on here can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that knowingly infecting people with certain diseases (such as HIV here) is illegal and is a public health risk.

I think she should be reported and stopped, if it is in fact true.

If it isn't true, and it's a lie, then that is an equally disgusting thing to be lying about.

It is true you can be charge but again, it has to be a realistic possibility of transmission.

So a person who goes around purposely trying to infect people can be charged but a person using a condom with a undetectable viral load can not.
