Who said anything about that? CNN and MSNBC had tons of segments on it, and many of them CRITICAL of it and of Biden!! They said it was unprecedented, it might imply criminality, and it sets a horrible precedent. Long discussions of the pro's and the con's.

Anyhow…please direct me to the post where you expressed your extreme concern about Mayorkas’ qualifications and suitability for the job back when he was nominated because I don’t recall this being a particularly conflictual nomination nor do I recall the MAGA bros on terb giving much of a fuck at the time.
