Negative. As is the case in Canada, citizens and green card holders are simply not willing to do the work in the fields and in the slaughterhouses.
Canada has solved the problem through a program of importing temporary workers for the growing season from Mexico and Jamaica. The advantage to this program is that the temporary workers do not bring their families with them.
USA would need to implement a similar program on a much larger scale in order to produce food.
The simple solution to the problem would be to issue resident visas to the existing farm workers.
That doesn't seem to be a thing that concerns him, though.
