I thought the Eagles would run away with this game but the Rams are hanging in there. I guess with weather like this anything can happen.

Well I was wrong on both games , but they were both closer than expected.
eagles rams line was -6 and eagles won by 6
Bills ravens line was -1.5 and Bulls won by 2

Chief-refs over Bills, spread is 4.5. Bills cover
Skins over Eagles, Phi is 1.5 fav opening
(this Washington team surprises me)

I have a "gut" feeling that the Bills will beat KC next Sunday!!

Also, Washington will beat the Eagles. Therefore, Bills vs Washington, in the Super Bowl!!

The Lions also had some key injuries on defense which didn't help their cause.

I was hoping the Lions would have won it all for their long time suffering fans.

Really looking forward to both games today. The game in Philly is calling for almost half a foot of snow to fall during the game. I love those "weather" games. Per the Bills/Ravens game, I think this is the conference final as I am not convinced the Chiefs could beat either of these teams.

Leaning towards Philly and the Bills simply because they are playing in their own house.
It was more than just "some" key injuries on defense that Lions endured throughout the season and during their playoff loss.

Don't know of any teams through NFL history that basically had just 4 opening day defensive starters that were not on IR for almost the entirety of the season and the playoff game.

Just think about it. 7 opening day starters replaced by 2nd, 3rd stringers and free agents throughout the year.

And on the 2nd play of playoff game, their remaining premier CB breaks his arm.

No team in history has lost these many starters and won as much and by as much as the Lions did.

Their starting front four was/is decimated by injuries and in the playoff game could apply any pressure at all.

The only chances the Lions had were for their offence to outscore their opponents, but when the offence commits turnovers, the end result would be obvious.

Also, they got away from their run offense which was working so well for them

That was a key factor in the loss because it would have eaten up clock, kept their defense off the field, kept Daniels and company off the field and lessened the turnovers greatly.

They can ground and pound with the best, BUT for some reason the coaching has a frickin bad habit of drifting away from and going with trick plays and high-risk pass plays.

I would love to see the Bills open a great big can of whoop ass on the Chiefs - it wont happen. Roger Goodell has ordained that Taylor Swift must return to the Super Bowl. Bills Safeties so much as blow a kiss at Mahomes, the refs will call it a flagrant penalty.

A Bills vs Commies Super Bowl would be wild.
