Super close to those who are in Piperville! (I learned a new name in the Ottawa area- thanks Apple Maps!).
Seriously though, I live in west(ish) Ottawa and it’s an 18 minute drive to that 417 exit- that doesn’t seem super inconvenient…Especially if this business offers an agency type establishment in Ottawa that many on here have been clamouring for, a little extra drive is a pretty good trade off. Plus if it really is in the ‘boonies’ those who value discretion will really like that you’re probably not going to encounter many folks on your way in…

Exactly. There’s no ideal location that is suitable for everyone. Country side or downtown, west or east, Quebec or Ontario, drive or public transportation. You have to go where you feel comfortable.
I totally agree about your discretion statement. I had an uncomfortable situation that is still lingering so I prefer going the extra mile for privacy. One of the first thing that you learn in business « you can’t please everyone »
Most of the residences in that area are fairly exposed. Vehicles coming and going will be noticed quickly. There are a few that are secluded. The Hell's Angels' clubhouse is on Piperville Road.
Was there this afternoon. You wouldn't be able to tell it's a spa.
