In Amsterdam you won't need either. The window girls are all regulated and tested. And just fine for purpose. Avoid the sex bars and strip joints though... pointless and expensive tourist nonsense.

Antwerp has a really good red light district too. If you're passing by.

If you want a online approach, use www.kinky.nl My experience is not bait and switch, or unexpected upsells. If there are options, they are mentioned. Also quite a few have short videos, so you know what to expect. Pretty women, quite a few from Latin America, working in Netherlands.
