What would be the motives of the Romanian prosecutor's office to launch a massive, multi million $$$$, highly media exposed prosecution of the Tates if there was no actual evidence to back it up??

Surely such a prosecution would quickly collapse and destroy the careers of the prosecutors. Why would they do it?

Once the fight went to the ground it would be the start of the end. Andrew would have 2-3 minutes to score a knockout and if he didn't it would be over. Andrew is a great fighter but does not have the toolbox that Joe does. Like I said, punchers (or strikers) chance.
