Around August I last seen a provider where services performed were bbbj, PS, and covered S. And there have been a couple of only massage with HJ since. I’ve been dealing with a rash on my back for a good part of the summer. It then spread to arms and a few on my legs. I noticed at the start of December a small bump on my dick. Now I have a few other white blisters. Just I’m wondering if anyone has had a similar issue or can share any experiences. It’s been a rough Christmas man and my mind is really spinning. PM me if you would prefer.

You need to get an STI test my man. We can't help you. Could be herpes, could be syphilis, could be something else. Only way to know is to get tested.

Go see a doctor man!
But sometimes I'm thinking about this. I usually go a AMP, but don't sure if they change bed linen or clean properly after each massage. We can have problems with same bad linen, right?

Skin to skin contact can spread some form of illness always. Not necessarily sti. There's always some form of risk to this hobby.

You can search Dr Hunter Hansfield ask the experts for some quick professional opinion for like 25 dollars or just read up on answers from other questions on that board. And from reading alot of the answers with the info you provided you are at very low risk. Someone said shingles but shingles hurt like hell.

So it could be any combination of many other skin issues and not sti. But for real peace of mind just go get tested. Its free and anonymous.

PS stands for pussy slide yeah? If that was done without condom and she slide on your shaft that can easily transmit herpes or syphilis since they don't need penetration
Heres one of the answers from Dr Hansfield who has been an sti doctor for around 50 years to a question about pussy slides:

For Frottage the risk of any STI is very low, and for sure there is no risk for HIV or other infections transmitted through genital fluids (like gonorrhea or chlamydia). That includes situation like you describe, i.e. ejaculation near the anus (or near the vagina in male-female contact). In theory, genital-genital or genital-anal contact without penetration can result in transmission of STIs passed primarily by skin-to-skin contact, like herpes, HPV and syphilis. However, this is rare: without penetration, the chance of these is very low, if not quite zero.

For sure there is no need for PEP after such an event, and I don't even recommend HIV testing, or testing for any other STIs.

I hope these comments are helpful. Let me know if anything isn't clear.

HHH, MD

- also wanted to add most people dont have syphilis. In Ottawa it is way less than 0.01 percent of people have it and most likely civis will have it because the vast majority of people dont get sti testing where as most escorts do regularly.

My advice is don’t get medical advice from the internet, let alone a review board for sex workers.
When in doubt, always seek a physical exam from a doctor. You can easily get one done at a walk-in clinic.
Based on what you described though, and considering skin conditions can be exacerbated by colder weather, it sounds like you could just be dealing with psoriasis or eczema. (I’m not a dermatologist but worked in healthcare for 7 years).
Hopefully you’ve taken the advice of others here and are getting it checked out.
The likelihood of this being an STI is quite low considering HSV1 and 2 are typically only present around the mouth or genitalia. Not widespread across your body as you described. And seeing as that started before you noticed any bumps on your genitals, it may even be two separate issues. Or it simply could be presenting differently on your genitals because that area typically has more moisture which can leave the skin prone to other issues.

If you can’t see a doctor quickly, try the following:
- make sure your skin is cleansed with mild unscented soaps that won’t cause further irritation
- keep your genital area dry, moisture breeds bacteria
- avoid shaving your genitalia, if you had previously this could have caused irritation or an entry point for bacteria
- always wear clean underwear, especially after a workout or just throughout the day if you tend to sweat more

- if the rashes on the other areas of your body are dry and itchy, use a gentle moisturizer
- make sure you’re keeping these areas clean and dry as well
- don’t scrub yourself dry, pat gently to avoid more irritation

Keep in mind that any sexual activity (in this hobby or outside of it) always comes with inherent risks. Everyone should get regular STI tests if you are going to be having sex with a non monogamous partner.

There’s definitely no shame in seeking advice here, but please seek proper medical care. Your health is important, and keeping everyone we come in contact with healthy is important too!

I’ve gotten cellulitis every 2-3 months this year.
can’t help but suspect I picked up a staph strain I’m weak to.
sti all negative. So strange.

Ooof cellulitis is a bitch. My dad had a pretty bad case about 2 years ago and was off work for over a month. He had a nurse coming to his house every day to change his IV antibiotics.
I hope yours hasn’t been that bad.
Definitely avoid gyms and spas if you have a weakened immune system and are susceptible to staph. MRSA is just as bad. 🥴

So far just a round of oral clears it up but the recurring aspect of it with no obvious immune issues is irritating.

thank you.
