Hello all. I have problem getting hard again after 1st shot so usually just end up chatting with sp after 1st shot. I am consider taking viagra so I can get hard sooner for 2nd shot after 1st is done.

I typically don't take Viagra to see SPs, especially for an hour appointment. Without Viagra I'm typically a 1 SOG guy, though I will sometimes try for 2 (and succeed about half the time). Honestly, what I've slowly figured out is that if I have 1 very hard shot I'm often not all that interested in pounding out a 2nd, though I do still like giving and receiving pleasure.
As was mentioned, an appropriate dose of Viagra will get you hard as a rock. I do find it helps me with rebound time, though you do need that initial arousal. If you can get going you'll likely get good wood.
As far as it making you last longer goes-- I find that it does, but mostly on the second and subsequent shots. Without Viagra, or a good rest, I find I have to really work to get things hard, either leading to a fast but so-so orgasm, or really having to pound it. With Viagra and some arousal I find the wood comes back fast, and all of that 'work time' becomes good dick time. Also, as you're having orgasms you wouldn't otherwise be having, I find the subsequent shots take longer. The danger with Viagra for me is kind of the same as without, after my 1st SOG I may have to pound subsequent SOGs out (which I often don't find all that fun).
If you were to take Viagra before seeing a SP take an appropriate dose about an hour before, on an empty stomach (or at least avoiding fatty foods). On an hour appointment, if I were going for MSOG, I'd try to pop a weak orgasm fast, then work my way to a 2nd SOG, but I'd do that without Viagra as well.
Personally I like to save the Viagra for an all night thing with an expectation of repeats.
